ACL User managment , who can acess to config

Thank you for the implementation, but unfortunately, it doesn't fully meet our needs. Currently, access is set globally for all projects, but we need the ability to configure access levels individually for each configuration file within a project.
For example, the same user might work on multiple projects, but within a single project, they should have access to edit specific configuration files while having read-only or no access to others.
This level of granularity would allow for better role separation and improved security. Would it be possible to add such functionality? Thank you!
