Automatically set timezone on sign-up

Until reaching out to the support because times of deployments were shown wrong, I didn’t have an idea that you manually have to set your timezone.

Although I get why, it might still be good to set this initially on the user’s location on registration—or include the selection for a user to set it at sign-up.
