Check SSH connections in parallel

Currently, SSH connection checks in the pre-deployment steps run sequentially. On projects with a large number of servers, this adds noticeable time to each deployment.

Could these checks be run in parallel instead? It would speed up the pre-deployment phase considerably for multi-server setups.
