Conditional Build Pipeline Execution

As a DeployHQ user, I want to configure a specific Build Command (e.g., npm run prod) in my build pipeline to execute only if a particular file (e.g., package.json) or a set of files/folders within my repository has been modified in the latest deployment, So that I can optimize my deployment process by skipping unnecessary build steps, thereby saving time and server resources when no relevant code changes have occurred.
