Support Ticket Visibility

As a DeployHQ user, I’d like to be able to see all the support tickets/messages I log w/ you in single location - such as a Helpdesk or other web-based ticket view. This will allow us to keep track of the threads we have open w/ you, rather than relying on email notifications and the support widget, which doesn’t show past support threads opened.
